Renters Guide

J Philip Real Estate's team of rental specialists can help you find the right rental home for your needs quickly and efficiently. We provide new clients with a one-on-one service by dedicating a specific time to meet with them and discuss what their needs are, areas of interest, timing of move and many other variables. 

 

Tenants will fill out the necessary paperwork, and we will begin a search for available inventory that fits their personal criteria. 

 

We will take you to the view selected property. If a property is chosen we will contact the agent representing the property and submit the offer along with the required documents. Our intention is to help our qualified tenants get approved.

 

We will negotiate on your behalf and assist you with the entire transaction until move-in.
